天津国际矿业权交易所简介

天津国际矿业权交易所（下简称“天津矿交所”）是经天津市人民政府批准设立的交易机构、是国土资源部、天津市人民政府共建的国际矿业金融服务平台。

天津矿交所设有矿业权交易市场、国际矿业融资市场、矿产品现货交易市场及风险勘查资本市场四大业务板块，为矿业企业和投资者提供交易、结算、融资、咨询等全产业链综合服务。

天津矿交所秉承“服务矿业、创新发展”的理念，逐步建立引导社会资金有序投入矿产资源勘查开发领域，架起有特色的金融服务实体经济的桥梁，助力全球矿业企业持续健康发展。

Tianjin International Mining Exchange (herein afterrefered to as “the Exchange”) is a trading institution established uponapproval of Tianjin Municipal Government. It is an international mining financeservice platform co-founded by the Ministry of Land and Resources of China and TianjinMunicipal Government.

With four business sectors, namely Mining Rights TradingMarket, International Mining Financing Market, Mineral Products Spot TradingMarket and and Venture Exploration Capital Market, the Exchange provides miningcompanies and investors with the whole industrial chain services includingtransaction, settlement, financing and consulting.

Adhering to the concept of“Serving mining industry and focusing on innovation”, the Exchange is commitedto guiding social capital into the fields of mineral resources exploration andexploitation, constructing a unique channel for finance to serve the realeconomy, and facilitating the sustainable and healthy development of globalmining enterprises.
